amazing stay!
clean room spacious room helpful staff
The location is perfect, right near everything! my room, a beautiful queen room two queen beds, was super clean and spacious. i really loved having a balcony. It added so much to the room, plus, the staff were helpful and quick to assist with anything i needed.
the elevator wait times could sometimes be a bit long.

my room had a nice balcony with great views. each bed had its own big locker. a bathroom inside the room made things easier, moreover, the beds are comfortable and felt private thanks to the curtains.

this place is just two minutes from the beach and a minute from ocean drive, honestly! the location makes it easy to explore everything around, also ,you can easily access the best spots in the area.

there's a great bar downstairs that makes it super convenient to grab drinks and snacks. the hotel offers free coffee which is a nice perk, and the vibes are always lively and fun, especially in the evenings.

staff disinterest dirty carpet
The location was convenient.
The staff seemed disinterested in helping guests. My room had a strong odor of cleaning detergent. I also noticed a dirty carpet just outside the room. the place needs better maintenance.

perfect location excellent service clean dorm
The location was perfect. It was close to everything i needed. the front desk customer service was excellent, alyse was super nice and helpful. i appreciated the spacious and clean dorm room, it had a comfortable bed.
The lack of a common kitchen was inconvenient.

few outlets security concern
the lack of available outlets near the beds was frustrating. there were only a few in the entire room, and they were all located behind the sofa. it made charging devices inconvenient. security at the hostel was also a concern. some shady individuals were loitering around, and i didn't feel safe, especially during the weekend.
